Glostertube Neon Glass
Glostertube was founded in Milano in 1953. Their principal goal has always been the customer satisfaction achieved through a continuos quality care of our products and a fast and accurate service. Their main products are the fluorescent coated glass tubes manufactured from the best quality glass tubes and phosphors. The glass can be lead, lead free, borosilicate, coloured and soda.
The phosphors are made with inert matter where impurities are dispersed. These impurities are able to absorb energy from the electric discharge and to return this energy as light of a given wave length and therefore of a given colour.
Glostertube coats glass tubes in dimensions ranging from 6 mm to 38 mm diameter and from 1500mm to 3200mm length. The phosphors, will give to the tube when lighted several colours ranging from white tones, warm almost pinkish to cool as ice, to pink, blue, purple, orchid, salmon, cyclamen, green, yellow, etc.
